An arched back in a handstand is when the back is not straight and instead curves inward, creating a concave shape. This can happen when the shoulders are not properly aligned, causing the lower back to arch excessively. It can also occur when there is a lack of core strength and control. An arched back in a handstand can lead to poor alignment, decreased stability, and increased risk of injury. It is important to maintain a straight, neutral spine in a handstand to ensure proper form and safety. **
