When you block someone on Instagram, the chat history between you and that person will be automatically deleted. This means that all messages, photos, and videos exchanged between you and the blocked user will be removed from your chat history. However, it's important to note that the blocked user will still be able to see the previous messages sent by you before the block was initiated. Blocking someone is a way to effectively delete the chat history and prevent further communication with that person on Instagram. **

If so, "blocking" typically refers to the action of obstructing or impeding something, such as blocking a road or blocking someone's view. On the other hand, "balking" usually refers to hesitating or refusing to proceed with an action, often due to reluctance or resistance. So, the main difference is that "blocking" involves physical obstruction, while "balking" involves psychological resistance. If you meant something else, please clarify and I'd be happy to help! **

Furthermore, the sender may be using techniques to evade the blocking feature, such as changing the content of the emails to avoid detection. **
